Strange Mouse Issues Plz Help

I am having an issue with with my mouse that i cant seem to resolve, whenever i press or release the middle or right mouse buttons the camera seems to jump to a random location, for example, i would click and be facing the complete other way looking at the floor and then would release and be looking directly at the ceiling.  This also happens with the cursor, but only in games.  I tried switching the dominant mouse button in settings and it happened on the right mouse instead, i also swapped mice and it was the same, it only happens in games and possibly other applications (haven't tried) seems to be worse in first person and less when not moving mouse.  In some games holding down middle mouse and clicking right mouse would lessen the effect occasionally.  i looked on the web and couldn't find any solutions although i believe it to be a problem with my computer/os/some other program, i ran malwarebytes and nothing turned up.  I'm running Windows 10 and it wasnt happening until a couple days ago.

It sounds like game settings have something binded to middle mouse. I would check those first.
