right guys i have this weird scratching/buzzing noise hard to explain the sound but after taking out the back case of my computer i put my ear next to the cpu from the back and it sounds like it coming from there i dissconected the fan for the cpu block and it still continues to make a noise if took out all my other fans and replaced my graphics card to test if its still there and it is any suggestions

Can have more details?

It could be a case fan or something, it could be coil whine...

so every fan is disconnected and the noiseis not coming from the HHD and the ssd there are no wires touching fans or anything its really hard to narrow down where about this noise is coming from

Check for any live animals behind the motherboard tray.

I think it's coil whine from your PSU

It could be it. Not saying it is. I've had some mobos with almost 10 years of constant use on them that squeal like pigs, and others that don't do dick.
