A pair of gaming headphones

Hello there people of the internet, I seek for your knowledge.

I have been looking in to some gaming headsets/headphones lately and I have no idea what to do from here. So my question is: what do I do?

I have the SonyXB950BT, which are great for music but don't have a mic. I have also been looking at the Logitech g633 Artemis Spectrum (130$) and the Steelseries Siberia 650/Elite (180$).

What is my best option, keeping my current headphones and buying a mic (modmic or something) or buying one of the two I previously named, or something better in the same price range?
