Critical_process_died window BSOD

So i have been getting this error. And for a fact I know my hard drive was failing. At on point I was getting 4-5 of these in 3 hours. At this point I ordered a brand new HDD and did a fresh install of Windows 10 on my new drive. I copied over all my documents and other small programs like single .exe files. For a week now my pc has been great, but this morning I got the same freaking error AGAIN. what do I do? At the time this error happens I can be doing just about anything, YouTube, writing this topic, just on the desktop literally doing nothing at all.

I'm out of ideas, I can't boot into safe mode as it blue screens immediately and windows repair also does not work.

You need to analyse the dump file to know exactly what's causing the bsod. Something like whocrashed would do the trick. What bsod code are you getting?
