Temporary files, 20GB's worth!

Hey guys

 

I seem to have 20GB in temp files according to disk cleanup. I'm using a 60GB boot SSD with only 10GB left on it, so that space would be pretty nice. What will I lose by deleting these files?

nothing. those files are Temporary but windows forgets to delete them every time(every pc has a few gigs of temp files)
