I would like to know if there are any cables from CableMod compatible with my power supply EVGA SuperNOVA 650 GS.

Exactly, so it's not compatible. That's rather the point of a compatibility list...

 

Chances are that if you want good-looking cables coming out of your motherboard and graphics card(s), you'll need to use extensions.

Too many places to list. Just look up "PSU cable extensions" on your prefered search engine and you'll find loads of options. If you want something truly custom, a company like @modguru (click here) will be able to help you, but if you're okay with something off-the-peg, Phanteks, BitFenix and comparable companies will have you covered.
