Okay that's normal with extremely powerful cards like the 980 Ti. But wow 1440p is overkill. You should try DSR and render the game at 4K and see what you get then.

 

Or you can try out 2X or 4X SSAA.

SSAA (Supersampling Antialiasing) renders the game at either 2X or 4X the set resolution and then downsamples to fit your set resolution.

Yeah Tomb Raider 2013 is really easy to run. I play that game with Ultra preset, TressFX OFF, and FXAA.

GTX 670M. I'm using the Asus ROG G75VW with the manufacturing date 2012-4.

 

It's shit anyways. It's just a rebranded GTX 570M.
