R9 390 gpu usage drops

When playing games I see some stuttering and 20-30fps drops. I looked at MSI afterburner and it shows the GPU usage dropping to 60% sometimes. No thermal throttling as temps are staying in the mid 70s. Is there a system bottleneck or is it driver issues. I'm running the 15.12 driver.

Yeah, it´s a CP bottleneck, your fx 8350 OC has low single-core performance.

If it's just in dying light then it's your CPU. I have a 390x and dying light runs flawlessly at 1440p with my 5820k. It's a cpu heavy game. Don't expect it to run perfectly on AMD CPUs.
