I was just wondering if anyone could recommend a laptop that is £300 or under, has at least 320GB of storage and has a decent battery life. (6-8 hours)

WOW WOW m8 you can't get 6-8 hours lasting laptop for 300£ you need to put 800-1100£ down to get that in a Windows or Apple laptop. The only way you can get close to that in battery life is getting a chromebook, but then you need wifi all the time just to use it and you will max have 60GB storage.

Good luck, the best thing you can do is looking used.

Before you buy amp and dac.  My thoughts on the M50x  Ultimate Ears Reference monitor review I might have a thing for audio...
