Hi, 


 


I was travelling for holidays, before that my pc worked great, any issue. One month later, when i arrived home, some kind of problem started to happen.


 


Youtube videos freezes, videos from pc freezing, iTune music, Google Play Music, any kind of media app is freezing! I was watching some videos on YouTube and it just stop playing it. Tried updating the page, still freeze. I was listening some music on iTunes, once again, it freeze. The music just stopped. And i cant make it work again. I closed iTunes, opened it again, and it still freezed, it just dont want to play anything. This is really weird, i just dont know whats happening. Please help.

did you upgrade to windows 10 or did you do a clean install?

try a clean install first

if that doesn't solve it...check your ram..might be bad
