My AKG K612 Pros (purchased 1 year and 8 months ago) stopped working on the left side. I proceeded to e-mail AKG about this and received a reply the next day which confirmed that i could go to their HQs in Vienna (where i live) and they would fix them at there.

Their HQs has a great atmosphere and everyone is very cheerful and motivated.

The headphones were quickly fixed (in ~ 10 mins) at no cost.

Great service and products. 9.5/10 (it took way to long to get there (1 hr 30 mins) and i never give 10/10)

Was it a cable swap? As awesome as AKG is, I've had some issues with the plugs myself.

No. I was told it was a loose cable in the earcups.

Funny you'd ask. I also wanted to know so i asked and they said they do because the design is basically the same to the K702.

Good to know. Too bad that it needed to be fixed in the first place.
