GPU Heatsink

I saw a fanless GPU heatsink, and it was compatible with the gtx 760, but not the gtx 960. but when i viewed the comparison between the two graphics card and power usage and heat is very similar. So can i use the heatsink with a gtx 960?

im not so sure you would want to cool something like that passively. And the stock cooler is pretty quiet if im not mistake (fanless mode and everything) depending on the brand.
