Driver issues on GTX780

Hi, I just bought my self a new gaming rig, and have had some weird issues with my graphics card.

In some games the screen goes black for a few seconds and my monitor is not getting a signal. Then it fixes it self and I am back in the game. 

I hit alt+tab last time it happened and got a message on the desktop that the GeForce drivers had crashed and restored it self. 

I am using GeForce Experience and the latest driver. Have tried to install the newest betadriver, but still crashes. 

 

In Civ5 with all the settings on max, I've never had a single crash, but in FPS style games like Payday2, Guns Of Icarus Online, BF3 it crashes...

 

Anyone got any idea what I must do to fix it?

i had that problem. turned out it was the OS.

No, trying now.. 
Unistall GeForce Experience, and drivers in Win7 Contolpanel right?

Everything at stock? Meaning no overclocks?

 

Rechecked all power connections?

The obvious question should be!

 

Do you OC the card? If so turn it back down to stock.

No, card is not OC'd. It has a OC from Gigabyte. Should I try and turn it down to reference clocks?

care to elaborate on this?  I have the same issue sometimes and it'd be nice to have a solution to this
