NZXT S340 Replacement windows?

it'll just be clear polycarbonate, and it's held in by bent metal tabs, which you can easily bend by hand.

I got a few scratches on my nxzt s340 from it rubbing off the side of cardboard (Quality window) and it got like 3 scratches. I emailed nzxt and they said the would send me out a replacement. I would like to know does it come as a new side panel or just a stock window made from the same material. 

 

 

 

PS: What do I need to install it
