Will it? Yes, Though WHY a GTX 970? Any specific feature that you NEED on it? I mean you can literally get an R9 390 for $100 less or even a way cheaper GTX 970. Also the PSU is meh, not going to cause a fiery blitz or anything but maybe get a EVGA GS 650w or G2 650w, any SeaSonic or XFX or if need be a EVGA 750w B2. The motherboard has no price so unless you are getting aused one I suggest like a H87-H97 to get some features because B85 has none unless you get a cheap Z87.

Your Custom Build 2.0 is way better and actually can be possibly $30-$50 less.

will this work--->https://pcpartpicker.com/user/seth_yassin/saved/#view=jnF2FT i am using i a gtx 970 deal with it

works. but

- 970? do u need shadow play? if not, get something else.

- PSU is overkill unless u want to SLI, otherwise get a good 500-550w or so from Seasonic, Antec, EVGA, XFX, Superflower,

- do you own the motherboard already? if not just get a basic mobo. if you want looks maybe the Asus h81-gamer, support OC also apparently its pricey there

Jesus Christ. Stop trying to get the reference GTX 970. It's expensive and there are much other better models out there. Just because your friend has one doesn't mean you should get one too.

If you plan on getting the GTX 970, at least get an aftermarket variant. Change out the PSU as well.

But if you ask me, it's the R9 390 all the way. Just saying.

Be nice to each other boys and girls. And don't cheap out on a power supply.
