Actionscript 3 Problem (FLASH)

So This is really Out of Topic , sorry  :ph34r:

Maybe somebody here could tell me the code 

 

I have a button , my button is located inside a movie clip . And I want a Script (AS3) that when I click my button that'll go out from that movieclip(parent/root) and go to another scene . 

 

Any Idea ? it probably  use root or parent but i dont know the code
