So for the past few weeks my Windows would boot up and then get more and more unstable until it  crashes (most of the time: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT) or freezes, Chrome (x64) tabs keeps crashing along with Resource intensive games (New-ish games like Tomb Raider 2013).

I have run a memory diagnostic and it hadn't found anything. I think it may be a driver, but I don't know what. I reinstalled from Windows 10 Enterprise A couple weeks ago also because one of the reasons is that it kept crashing

Chrome's flash is entirely broken also.

Try a single stick at a time.  Odds are, it is only one stick that is bad.   After you find the bad stick, contact Gskill and tell them your story.

Patriot replaced my 2x8GB set after I used it for over two years.  One stick started kicking out critical errors much like your PC is experiencing.

Go to Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Windows Memory Diagnostic and run the diagnostic tool to check for memory errors. You can also use a third party memory diagnostic tool like memtest86 but Windows Memory Diagnostic is built in so its much easier to fire up. If the diagnostic comes up with issues, run the diagnostic tool one stick of RAM at a time to find the defect part.
