Is this stuff worth 350 EUR?

Decided to build a new PC instead of upgrading the old one. I will probably get a Gigabyte R9 380 along with it. Note that I currently have a G645 and a GT 610 so this is a huge upgrade for me. No money for SSD sadly but will get one in the future.

 

ASROCK 970 Extreme4 - 88e
AMD FX-6300 - 98e
HyperX 8GB Fury DDR3 1600MHz CL10 KIT - 44e
Western Digital 1TB Blue - 48e

Corsair CX600M - 73e

 

What do you guys think? I went for AMD CPU since I'm on a tight budget.

 

Edit: Forgot to mention that I will be using the PC for gaming only.
