Hi, I'm trying to find like a white/black themed gaming computer to play on. I love the color white a lot for some reason, it's so good and i'd love for it to have a white/black theme. I'll be playing games such as CS:GO, blacklight retribution, shooter games and all that.. nothing much, I plan on playing on a 144hz monitor and sadly that has to go into the budget (XL2411Z or ASUS VG248QE) And I'd appreciate it if you guys can build me a build that has a white theme and an overclockable CPU for uses and everything..  and btw, the price is without discounts so yeah

Card is fantastic for 144Hz, my 290 does just as well and I play on 144Hz. You can expect around 80 FPS maxed in most games. You can save some costs by getting a 4690K or 8GB of RAM.

You really shouldn't go "budget SSD's" Samsung is an excellent choice, even if you have to look into an older one

Its about on par with an 850 Evo, Read/write wise, but if theres a performance  decrease in later dates not sure how well it'll match up
