Native screen resolutions different on restart

I started up my PC this morning and the resolution of both monitors were wrong and my main monitors native resolution was no longer 1360x768 but now 1024 x 768 and it just looked horrible until i had to change it back, but now its still not the native res. How did this change and how can i get the native res back to 1360x768?

The resolution should not be changing even with multiple screens attached. If it is changing, usually there is a driver video driver or an OS/registry issue.
Try updating/reinstalling the video drivers.

What monitor do you have connected? And what is there resolution?
