So I am using the Cooker Master Seidon AIO in my pc. I have Asus fan xpert installed and use it to control my fans. Question I had was I get mixed results on what is best, should I set the header that the pump is connected to at max speed or let it fluctuateasy with the the fan xpert program?

Edit: I'd also like to add that I've noticed that I have my profiles set for the fans and the fans run alright. But when I put a gaming loaf on my pc the fans speed up a bit as they should, but once the gaming load is no longer present it don't seem like the fans go down in rin as they should. It's not crazy loud just not right I guess, anyone know what's up.

If the sound doesn't bother you set it to max all the time. Constant voltage all the time should increase the lifespan of the pump, and since those pumps are so weak you may improve temps slightly.

Depends on the version of the Seidon, I think they came out with one that allows you to vary the speed, but for the others they should always be run at max speed since the pump is not designed to be varied.

Yea I currently have the pump set on max and the sound don't bother me. I hardly notice the pump sound. Only thing I do notice as I said above is that the other fans don't seem to dial down to where they were at idle after I am done playing a game or something. If I reload my custom profile in fan xpert they go back down but if I open a game again they are back up to where they would dial if I was under load even though the temp are back to idle.

Actually I have the same thing.  You should go into the BIOS and DISABLE Qfan Control on that header as pumps aren't variable speed (at least most aren't).  Additionally, what you SHOULD do is plug the fans into the CPU fan headers on the motherboard, then plug the pump into CASE FAN headers.

And ASUS AI Suite is GREAT for managing normal fans, even air cooled CPU fans.

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!

Yea I currently have the pump on the cpu header of the mobo with the pump set to max on my profile in fan xpert.the case fans I think are all on chassis headers. I am using a couple 2 way splitters for fans (2 I think) the 2 being the two radiator fans and the two side case fans. I'll need to look tonight when I get home from work. I'll also have to check my qfan setting in bios. Guess the big issue now that I know it's ok to run pump at 100% is that the fans don't seem to adjust rpm quite right

Take the pump and put it on case header and put the fans that are on the radiator on the CPU FAN header.

I'll take a look when I get home and give this a shot.

Ideally you would want it the other way around so the PC senses a pump failure on the CPU header, as for control of the fans make sure your setting the correct control type in the BIOS for 3 pin (DC voltage control) and 4 pin (PWM).

Your talking about 3 pin or 4 pin fan type correct? I believe all my fans are 3 pins all (corsair sp series led fans)

Yes those are 3 pin, make sure inside the BIOS that the header that those fans are plugged into are setup for DC voltage control, in AI Suite afterwards you will need to run Fan Tuning for it to take effect.
