I have a HP Pro 3500 aswell, and its got an AMI bios.

http://www.bioscentral.com/beepcodes/amibeep.htm

According to the website linked above 5 beeps means CPU failiure.

Seems like you need a new CPU ;)

I saw this but it is described as "short" beeps in the website. I think that in my case the beeps are long.

maybe the cpu didn't fail. did you pull the heatsink to check the paste? I had a cpu a long time ago that wouldn't boot due to heat. a quick clean up/reapplication did the trick. a cpu will shut itself down in a nano second. i had one click like a hd clicks when it's going bad.
