GPU overclock not working

I've started overclocking my GPU last night and realized that the score in Unigine Heaven will be the same without overclock and with overclock. GPU-Z also shows that the core and memory clock reamins unchanged. Unigine Heaven shows the supposed value. 

 

Yes, I'm clicking apply.

 

I tried MSI Afterburner and EVGA PrecisionX

 

EVGA PrecisionX Overlay in Unigine Heaven shows 549/3005

Unigine Heaven shows 1228/3004
