Starting a mining operation

So, I got an idea a couple of days ago and I've been doing some research, the thing that I plan on doing is: make 2-3 mining PCs, and let them do their work.

This is the thing that I am interested in. Mining uses GPU power and all you need for a mining PC is a good GPU. Is it a good idea to like, get a couple of HD 6870s and put them in rigs that have a Celeron, a gig of ram and an 80 gig hard drive, while having a motherboard with PCI-e gen 3, because mining, as I said uses the GPU, right? I shouldn't need a better CPU for that.

Like bitcoin mining? I don't think that's profitable anymore unless you get ASICS.

i don't know much but i can say those cards have probably done hours and hours of mining already.

I don't think that's going to be a problem since I've got 4 PCs running all the time

Actually there's a store that sells, I can't say new but unused 6870s

Plus, electricity is really cheap in my country so, I guess that answers the question

Crypto-mining hasn't been profitable for quite a while now, regardless of hardware. All costs implied in starting mining far outweigh the mining yield.
