Bottle neck help pls

When i go in to Heaven benchmark and set the quality to low and go into msi after burner (and CPU-Z) I get 30-50 cpu usage but my gpu is at 100% and its at 100% no matter how much i play with the settings. In short have a bottle neck and i need help on what I should upgrade to to get rid of the problem. Here are my specs if it will help at all.

 

Specs: 

GPU: AMD Radon R9 360 (12 compute cores)

APU: AMD FX-8800P

Motherboard: Dell Inc. 0593VH

Memory: DDR3 16GB

get rid of that apu.

Benchmarks mostly rely on the GPU. Run 3D Mark Firestrike, let us know the numbers.

even if its not affecting THIS benchmark, it is 99% affecting his normal use with it

But that's how it works. The GPU should always be at 100% usage while the cpu should not. If you are maxing out the CPU before you get close to maxing the video card, then you have a problem.

Hmmmm, no. It's not optimal but it will do just fine. Better than fine if the game has multithread support.

Uh... no. You don't have a bottleneck. This is exactly what it's supposed to happen. Max you GPU but not CPU.

50% CPU load with 100% GPU load means you're GPU bottlenecked which is considered a good thing.
