Tesoro keyboards

Go to solution Solved by Kyundere,

OK so i think i figured it out now. They were trying to tell me that the g2nfl does not have per key customizable lighting, and that on the site, its called the g2sfl. But on the site it says that it does, and it has all of these other led effects FOR THE FREAKING KEYBOARD I BOUGHT. and if you go to buy one from amazon thru their site, it leads to an amazon search, OF A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT KEYBOARD, the g7sfl. If this was more clear than none at all, i would've spent the extra 10 god damn dollars to get the keyboard that does the specified effects. -.- I think, i'll just stick with more commonly purchased peripherals from now on, instead of giving new ones a shot.

I have a Tizona Elite Spectrum keyboard, and i've owned the damn thing for about a month now. but i feel like i was lied to by tesoro. on their website it says that the keyboard has the following settings for leds and i quote: "16.8M per key customizable lighting" and lighting effects such as "trigger, ripple, firework, radiation, breathing, wave marquee, and spectrum." the only lighting effects for the keyboard in the driver settings is single color, single dimming, and color loop. there is NONE of the led effects that they say they have on the site, i've tried contacting them numerous times about it, but i've gotten no response from them. also 16.8M colors my ass, the color options are EXTREMELY weak.

Have you tried calling them? What venue did you use to try contacting them?

Emailing isn't really the best mode of communication.

I've emailed them, and messaged their facebook page. I've left a review on amazon, but that's about it. Yeah, i could've done more than nothing at all, but this keyboard came out in 2014, you'd think that they would've either fixed it or updated their drivers.

so, they responded to me on facebook, and have confused the hell out of me with their naming. Apparently there is not single key lighting on the G2NFL keyboard, but on the website the only tizona keyboard that does not have backlighting is their g2n. On their amazon, the keyboard i bought is listed as the G2NFL but on the website, it's listed as the G2SFL which does have backlighting. So, i am now extremely confused.
