How Can I Upload a Cities: Skylines Map to the Workshop?

Hi. I've bought Cities, and I've successfully made my first map. I've got screenshots and all that good stuff, but I can't find the button to upload it. Does anyone know how I can upload my map to the Workshop? I've looked everywhere, Googled it and everything, but I just can't seem to figure out how. There isn't even an option in-game, or in the Map Editor.

I'm pretty sure that there is an option in game.
When creating the map you have to check a little box and then it automatically uploads it to the Workshop. But I'm not sure as I haven't played it for over a month or so and I currently don't have it installed to look it up.

That's exactly where I thought it would be. But when I "Save Map" in the Map Editor, all I get is "Publish Map in New Game Panel", meaning only I can use it for a personal game.
