Multiple Monitors not showing anything

Hello, I have been having problem with my computer where when I plug in, either with HDMI or VGA, nothing shows up besides a black screen/default no connection screen. I have tried removing my gpu, and I have tried multiple monitors and even TV's. I have tried multiple HDMI cables and multiple VGA cables. I have tried putting them in the MB and the GPU. But no luck on any. I have also tested the monitors with my laptop, and they work for my laptop.
