Use a utility called DDU. Works very good.

just got my r9 390 :D (and a g series psu)

right now i got an nvidia card , how do i uninstall its drivers?

DDU  http://www.wagnardmobile.com/forums/viewforum.php?f=5

Run it in safe mode.  It will wipe and clean up any Nvidia things.  Take the GTX card out, put the R9 in and install the drivers off AMD website.

Do you need to Uninstall the drivers? I think leaving them installed is fine. It won't hurt anything. You don't have to uninstall your usb hub drivers

Uhm.... yes you do need to uninstall the Nvidia drivers.

Keeping them installed could cause compatibility issues.
