I have been having a few diffferent bsod's for the past couple of months now, the vast majority of which have been system service exceptions or driver irql not less or equal, depending on the circumstances. They usually occur if the pc has been running for a while or iif i have been playing a game for 5 mins of longer. i have also had a few bsod's related to kernel loops error's or exceptions or the like. I have looked in the minidump folder and there are no files newer than 3 January 2016. I am a bit of a tech noob tbh, so i dont know much else.

Grab a temperature monitoring utility like Speedfan and watch your temperatures. If you play on your laptop on a soft surface blocking your intake fan, you'll smother it and it'll destabilize due to heat. Laptop CPU's astonishingly allow themselves to heat up to over 95°C and I'm pretty certain that it's not healthy to push silicon that hot for extended periods of time. Also take a can of compressed air and clean out around the fan, or if that's too expensive, dry McDonalds straws work too.

One by AMD is supplied by your HDMI output. Shouldn't hurt anything but if you don't use sound over HDMI, you can simply disable that audio device.

Well it's definitely destabilizing under load. Without troubleshooting with the method of completely reinstalling a clean copy of Windows, it's incredibly hard to pinpoint.

ok thanks, i recently started to use a 1080p tv as my monitor over hdmi, so, that wouldnt be ideal. i have also done a malware and virus scan with no results.

Set the HDMI device as default, then you should have the option to disable the realtek device.

And have you been getting these BSOD's with just the TV plugged in or will it BSOD on it's own display too? Depending on your graphics card (like a HD 4200 series), you might be pushing too big of a display for it to handle, causing more heat.
