Seems like complete overkill for a gaming rig. Also, get a 980ti or wait for pascal.

980Ti performs within 1-2% of the Titan X and is roughly 30% cheaper.

16Gbs of Ram should be PLENTY

Don´t buy windows 10... Buy Windows 7 Professional as it is half the price, and the key should work to install Windows10 as well...

I'm 90% sure my friend's very new laptop with Windows 7 preinstalled also was considered eligible for an upgrade as well. Microsoft basically just want to get as much market share as possible as fast as possible so it's in their interest to just give it out.

You can still get a free update till next year, Even if you didn't already own W7 before the W10 release. If they say ALL users will get it for free, they do mean ALL users.
