Looking for Streamer CPU

Guys, im looking for old cpu for dedicated streaming hardware, at this moment, im available to get i7-2600 (non K) and xeon x5650.

 

I'll use obs with a capture card (avermedia live gamer hd lite (http://www.avermedia.com/consumer/product/record_stream/live_gamer_hd_lite)

 

but i need to know wich one will beter for a medium-slowest encode on obs at 3500k bitrate

I know streamers have/do use a i7-2600, Sevadus is one of them
