I don't think this build will workout well, the PSU and RAM amounts are overkill. Plus I'm not sure wether this motherboard will work well with haswell E

If you put this list in pcpartpicker.com, this & most of the other questions are easily answered. If you had provided links to the manufacturer's web pages for the various components the questions could have been answered with a little bit of work. As it stands you are asking people to do a great deal of work. Work you should have attempted.

 

A quick check of the motherboard cpu support list indicates that the cpu is not supported.

 

You might read Build Plan Thread Recommendations (Please read before posting)  and then edit the OP providing the necessary information. This will lead to much better and more detailed responses.
