Ok thanks and do you think I should go skylake for cpu or should i get a 5820k?

Depends what you're doing.

 

Just gaming? A 6600K is more than enough. 

 

Gaming + a little editing and lots of multitasking? 6700K

 

If you're doing more editing, rendering and similar workloads, then go for the 5820K.

It depends on your budget, and what you're doing.  Skylake tops at quad, and that's a 6 core.  If you rely heavily on multitasking then I'd say the 5820k, but the Skylake CPU is a bit more future proof.

I only really game and i have £1200 to  upgrade for my pc which is everything excluding graphics card since i have a 980ti
