No, get the R9 390 for 1080, more than enough.

Otherwise the 980Ti right after that.

R9 390>R9 Fury>GTX 980ti

There is a minor difference between the R9 390X and R9 390 (3-5 FPS) which isn't worth the extra $100. The R9 Fury is better than the R9 390 and performs great at 2K. At 2K ultra and 4K low you should get an GTX 980ti. And at 4K high/ultra you should get 3/4 GTX 980ti's.

Read what I said m9. For 2K ultra settings and 4K low settings get an GTX 980ti. By that I mean that the R9 390 is more for 1080p ultra and 1440p high settings gameplay. and the R9 Fury for 2K ultra.

what's the different between 980Ti and 980 ?

massive difference, 980Ti is based on Titan X so it basically delivers Titan X performance. 980Ti is good 15-25% faster than 980.

Funny, I'm ordering a 980. Seems to exist in my region.

If anyone asks you never saw me.

No actually, that's a math symbol for greater than the next one. 4 > 2 Open end is big, closed end is small. That's why 2 < 4 means the same.
