Help Deciding Between 2 Monitors Please

My price range is under $250 and I would like a 27" Gaming monitor. I found these two below and would like help deciding, also one has 5ms and is IPS the other has 1ms.

Get the IPS one, response time doesn't really mean anything.

Unless you need that short of a latency, I say go with the gorgeous colors of IPS.

Yeah go IPS, 5ms is not really notable for any human being
