Chances are that's more of a placebo than anything. Does an extra 1 second boot time or half a second loading a program really warrant spending $70? or can that money be put towards something better?

Anyone know of a good 240-256GB SSD that is about $70? Or is it not worth it since i already have a PNY SSD? Because ive use a Samsung 850 EVO and it felt WWWAAAAAYYYYY faster than my PNY one

850 evo has been on sale a lot lately.

Maybe get a decent pair of headphones (Audiotechnica M30x's / M40x's are my recommendation, along with Cloud 2's) or a nice gaming mouse / a decent keyboard.

Well i have a 'nice gaming mouse and keyboard' (Logitech G303 and G105). I might go for a new headset. They are just all so expensive and im on a budget. I have a Red Samurai one from GameStop i bought when i played Xbox, and i just use it because i have it

Well a nice new headset might improve your setup, or you could look to deck out your PSU with some fresh lighting, etc.

Deck out my PSU??? Like fancy lighting on it and stuff?

I meant PC but for some reason I said PSU lol. I mean you could, and make a thread about it, however you could seriously get some nice LED's (HUE+ ;) ) and make it look hella dope.

Lol so i bought a H440 from NZXT which was $120, and i could either pay $15 in shipping OR pay $15 for 2 meters of LED's and get free shipping... SO i got 2 meters of LED's

So heres the question... Fully water cool my rig (Put a refurbished Corsair H105 with  a G10 on my GPU) OR 2 Noctua NF-F12's and a Cloud 2 headset

The 270X doesn't get hot enough to warrant spending that type of money on it. I'd get the headset and fans.
