Thoughts on replacing hard drive / processor -(Upgrading Help)-

So I have a fairly old laptop that performs well still (due to optimizing over the years). All the of inside specs were made in 2011 but I purchased it in 2012 meaning it was brand new as of 2012. http://www.samsung.com/ca/support/model/NP300V5A-S02CA this is the computer and under the name is the model code, this computer has a hard drive, processor, ram and graphics card that I will list right now this all came with the 600$ laptop.

- Hard drive - Seagate Momentus 5400.6 ST9500325AS 500 GB

- Processor - Intel® Core i3-2350M CPU @ 2.30GHz   2.30GHz (What it reads in System)

- Graphics Card - Geforce GT 520MX

- RAM - 6.00GB (I believe it is DDR3 idk tho)

Note that I play CSGO which isn't demanding at all but my computer is inconsistent around smokes molotovs or certain environments meaning chasing enemies through certain parts of the map or in a major team fight is hell as my screen becomes laggy.

But so I have a issue sometimes I get the blue screen after trying to shutdown my computer saying my hard drive has failed and since it is a fairly old hard drive I tend to believe what it is telling me sometimes it doesn't shutdown at all and I have to forcefully shut it down hence holding down the power key. I opened up defragler and this is what it tells me https://gyazo.com/2096e82fd2e5a29a24621f5d40c75d6e you be the judge.

I have about 380 $ that I can put towards the computer so I can afford a hard drive and most likely a better processor (this is if I need to upgrade) I want to know what you guys think I should do and if it's my hard drive dying or if its my processor being crap or maybe my graphics card is just not strong enough I plan on getting a better fan as stock fans are abysmal and I would like to know if I would be able to run a 144 hertz monitor off of this laptop it has an HDMI port. I appreciate any help as I have never upgraded or built something before so I'm researching like a mofo.

You usually can't upgrade laptop cpu's. I recommend getting a nice SSD to speed up things. But ingame performance wise there isn't really much you can do except turn down graphics/play at lower resolution.
