X99 Pro or Sabertooth ?

Title says it all, So it got confirmed by my shop, and I can get an exchange. 

Essentially both of these boards are great and both can overclock decently. Does anyone know if there are problems with these boards using windows 10 or are they just fine and dandy?

 

I know these are different boards and you can't exactly compare them apples to apples but which one would have a better overclocking experience and long terms stability ?
