Linux and Web Dev question:

Hey everyone I recently made the switch to Ubuntu 12.04 LTS mainly for shits and hell, why not. I used to use expression web for all my web development that i do for friends and side projects. Now im not looking for the exact same thing, microsoft expression had way more functions than i could ever use. my question is has anyone found an IDE for web that has a code, display, and split mode for linux? Im currently using Geany and it works fine, it would be nicer if i had that split option.

Thanks for the help!

It's possible you'll be stuck to a text editor and regular browser. That's how I learned, if you've got a second monitor that you can dig up, that makes it even better than a preview window.
I do have a second monitor and i though of that it just like the function of clicking on the preview and it showing where in the code what i clicked on was, but hey it will force me to get better at reconizing things.

(Sorry for the late reply) In the Inspect Object menu in Chrome, you can do the same thing :D
