Yeah, I get those too. Majorly annoying when snipping. Backing off my overclocks didn't help.

 

Oh, and I sold a 390. Had a 290/390 CF

I just figured it out, it's just Fallout.

It stopped when I turned particles back down.

Fallout is absolutely Fallout. The game is a hot mess, I was expecting issues but damn, Bethesda really put some late nights in making sure that shit smell REALLY got into everything.

Putting another vote down for GPU. Your CPU is more than enough to handle 90% of games without bottlenecking even something as fast as a 980 Ti. On the other hand, your 750 Ti is bottlenecked before you even max out 1080p settings.

 

This is a no-brainer buddy.

I love the fact that i just found out that people answered this post in 20 fucking 20. But thanks for answering me, i had no use of it lmao. It ended up with me buying a gtx 1080 and i5 coffeylake overclocked to 5ghz. So how is life guys? :)
