Arctic Freezer Pro Rev. 2 Problem

So I got a Zalman ZM-T4 case and the case comes with one outtake fan at the back of the case. So obviously when installing the CPU cooler you should have the fan blowing air towards the back of the case. But in my situation I can only have the fan blowing air upwards, is this okay?

I used the Freezer 7 like 50 times until now in builds.

On intel sockets, you should be able to mount the cooler in 4 ways, only with AMD sockets you're able to mount in 2 ways.
