Can I plug in my 2 fans on my AIO cooler to 2 CPU_fan header?

My motherboard has 2 CPU fan headers and a header just for a water pump. My question is can I plug in my 2 corsair fans into the 2 CPU_fan header instead of a regular fan header

Correct me if I'm wrong I thought the pump has to be plugged into a CPU header?

 

then a fan on the CPU_OPT or any other fan header.

Pump can go in it's pump header

Sure. cpu_fan is just a fan header label.
