Get the first one. The Fury is pretty nice :D I'm not sure, but I think you can overclock the i5 6500 too if you have a Z170 motherboard :D

get the first one, i doubt overclocking your cpu is gonna be a priority over a better gpu for a first build.

I would recommend you get the first. your will have more room for upgrades with the current PSU. maybe even a crossfire 390. Plus with the 8gb of GDDR5 memory you should last much longer with games as they come out with more difficult textures.

the first one doesn't need 16gb of memory, 8gb is more than enough

there is a difference between GDDR5 memory and DDR3 Ram
