Is my watercooler leaking?

I used to have a fan over my VRM heatsink but I got bored of the noise, now my rig looks like this (will add a new pic soon)

 

 

 

Do you keep your back panel on for that fan? Also, nice rig. Ill send you a picture of mine when I get my new case
