Heaphones Not Working Fully

Guys i really need some help, for some reason my windows 10 computer somewhat recognizes my  hyper x headphones plugged in,  or maybe not i'm not sure but even as i adjust the speaker level, it wont work no sound coming from it at all pls help thx.

It's probably the headphones IMHO.

Test with other device? Like smartphone etc.
