So a buddy and I want to start a Minecraft server, and I've gone through all the necessary steps to port forward but it still seems like it's not working he still can't connect, but I could connect through local host. Is there anyone that could maybe wanna skype and help me?

Make sure the protocol is set to tcp, port is set on both ends to 25565, make sure you are giving out your external ip (ipchicken.com). These are some common mistakes I see people make.

Ive done all of that, even my firewall is down, it makess no sense
