Last two days my internet has been going to shit at the same time ~3pm. Is there a way to check if I am being throttle? I am with Rogers and should get 100mb down and 10 up. I get the 10 up but down for these two days have been inconsistant. 1Mb to 150 or start at 20 then jump to 150 half way through a speedtest. But my ping would hover between 8 and 17ms. Also getting packet loss of around 25% on teamspeak andany of you guys that are on Rogers in Toronto getting this problem these two days?
