Cooler --- Opinions needed .

Hello ! So , I've decided to change up the specs of my PC ( going for a 6700k with a hero viii mobo and a few more things , about which i also have a few questions , so , if able to help , please provide information on the other topic ) , and now i'm in quite a bind. I want to overclock the cpu , quite a bit actually , and I have no idea what cooler to choose. My options so far are between the Thermaltake NiC c5 and the Thermaltake Frio Silent 14. No idea which one to choose. To be noted : those are basically my only "better" air options , because the online shop i'm using to buy the rest of the components only has those two coolers ( or , at least , the most expensive air coolers of theirs' ) . I'd highly prefer not to buy the cooler from a different shop , because shipping times may differ , and the last thing i want to happen is having everything ready , but no cooler to keep the i7 steady. Anyways , my liquid cooling options ( sorry for using the air coolers category ) are a Deepcool maelstrom 240 , a FrostFlow 240L , Zalman Reserator 3 Max Dual and a Cooler Master Seidon 120V . Not the best prices , not the best options , but best customer service and shipping times in my experience. http://www.emag.ro/coolere_procesor/sort-pricedesc/c - For direct sorting to cpu coolers , don't mind the x41 kraken , as it won't fit in my nzxt phantom case.
