Hi i was playing Gta 5 and saw my Msi R9 390 got up to 76 celsius. Should i care or don't?

You can set up a more agressive fan curve if you'd like.

76*C is perfectly fine. Most Nvidia cards spend their lives at 80*C due to silent fan curves by default or reference coolers
